A native from Pennsylvania, Bisque attended The University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine, earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (VMD) degree in 1999. Pursuing further academic passions, Bisque then completed a small animal Internal Medicine and Surgery internship at Colorado State University, followed by a residency in Emergency & Critical Care, back at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her diplomate status (DACVECC) as a specialist in Emergency & Critical Care in 2005.
Bisque moved to Aspen in 2005 for the adventurous life of skiing and hiking in the beautiful Colorado mountains. She continued her professional dreams by co-owning Valley Emergency Pet Care in Basalt, CO and then Aspen Animal Hospital in Aspen, CO. Bisque has since started her own veterinary business, Aspen Veterinary Services, specializing in telemedicine, urgent care and wellness. She is excited to announce the location of her new hospital, in the heart of downtown Aspen at 601 Rio Grande Place, Unit 102 (Obermeyer).
